Ikota shopping complex, VGC AJAH. Please note: Applicant must live within this axis for easy commute. Punctuality is highly valued.

Role:

SALES REP| Walk-in store attendant:

We’re looking for a friendly, attentive, and organised individual to join our team! You’ll be the face of the store welcoming customers, offering expert product advice, and ensuring our store remains an inviting and vibrant space for everyone who walks in.

Job Duties:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers’ hair type and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store space.
• Restock shelves and track inventory levels.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Share information about promotions, events, and new product arrivals.
• Handling and sorting orders for  daily dispatches.
• Represent the Naija Naturals brand with positivity and enthusiasm.
• Answering phone-calls and responding to enquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; OND preferred.
• Friendly personality and clear communication skills.
• Interest in hair care and beauty products.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently following all operating procedures to the letter.
• No experience required, full training will be provided.
