Loosen the Screw B before using the Rocker to adjust to the desired height and then tighten Screw B. And convenient for you to adjust to the height you want.

The tripod top piece can be adjusted to different desired angles. The diameter of the tripod top piece is 0.8″, so fits for most of the canvas head, styrofoam head, etc.
