A hair retail supply business located at Omole phase 2, Lagos.

Customer Service Representative

Job Duties:

• Attending to Customers on Social Media;
• Attracting potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products and services;
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information;
•  Maintains financial accounts and sales records;
• Product Stock Taking;
• Overseeing daily product dispatches;
• Resolving customer complaints;
• Any other tasks required by Management.

LOCATION:

Omole Phase 2, Lagos.

Please note: Applicant must live within this axis for easy commute.

You will be required to resume to this location daily. Please see below for work hours.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM

Saturday: 11:30AM – 5PM

SALARY: N45,000

Job Bonuses – Discretionary

Minimum Qualification(s)

OND, HND & Bachelor’s Degree

REQUIREMENTS

1. Female
2. Bachelor Degree or HND
3. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and writing)
4. Good Diction
5. Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
6. Must be within the age of 23- 30
7. Multitasking & Organizational Skills
8. Good Team Player
9. Experience is not required, will be trained
