Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
- Attending to Customers on Social Media;
- Attracting potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information about other products and services;
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information;
- Maintains financial accounts and sales records;
- Product Stock Taking;
- Overseeing daily product dispatches;
- Resolving customer complaints;
- Any other tasks required by Management.
LOCATION:
Allen, Ikeja Lagos.
Please note: Applicant must live within this axis for easy commute.
You will be required to resume to this location daily. Please see below for work hours.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday: 9AM – 6PM
Saturday: 10AM – 5PM
SALARY: TO BE NEGOTIATED
Job Bonuses – Discretionary
Minimum Qualification(s)
OND, HND & Bachelor’s Degree
REQUIREMENTS
- Female
- Bachelor Degree or HND
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and writing)
- Good Diction
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be within the age of 23- 30
- Multitasking & Organizational Skills
- Good Team Player
- Experience is not required, will be trained
